What time do I have to return my equipment?
1st and 2nd year students must return their equipment by noon on the day of their return. 3rd year and thesis students must return equipment by 5 pm.
How long in advance do I have to book equipment?
If you’re in a Monday or Tuesday class – the earliest you can book is for that upcoming weekend. For Wednesday-Friday classes, you can book for the next week. Thesis students must book at least a week in advance.
What if I have a last minute request for a camera?
Last minute requests will not be processed.
What if my last minute request is a small item?
For items like tripods and XLR cables, a last minute request might be possible Please come to the Reservation Coordinator's office hours from 3-5 pm on weekdays.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
Unless you get a phone call, you can assume that your order has been processed.
What if I’ve had an emergency and can’t return my equipment on time?
Please call the Production Office at 212-592-2190 BEFORE your equipment is due.
